- 1 ¼ Cup margarine
- ¾ Cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ½ Cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ Cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Cups quick oats
- One (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 2 Cups Dried Cranberries (I used Craisins)
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat together margarine & sugars until light & fluffy.
Beat in egg & vanilla.
Gradually add flour, soda, & salt.
Stir in oats, white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful on un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake 11 minutes. Cool 1 minute. Store in tightly covered container.
