Vintage Style Cloche

The dark gray clouds gave way to wind and rain this afternoon – a perfect combination for indoor projects!  Of course that means crochet as I keep my holiday decorations displayed until after New Years celebrations.  My newest creation is a vintage cloche for my sisters.  I created one for the market before Christmas and I now have time to do the special orders for this item.  I begin the one in gray today.  I will be refining the pattern as I go so it should be ready later this week.  I hope you enjoyed a wonderful Christmas and I wish you a joyous New Year.

Good – I should definitely say I’m impressed with your blog. I had no trouble navigating through all tabs and related information. The site ended up being truly simple to access. Good job…

Oh my goodness. How cute is that?If my boys weren’t teraegnes (or in the case of the youngest, too old for soft toys) I’d be learning to crochet tonight. It’s so great that you are a mama who doesn’t just rush out and buy new toys. I didn’t either and my three are all savers who don’t consume and collect. Thanks for popping by my blog; there’s more than skeletons LOL – did you check out my paper towel flower wreath?

I learned to crechot as a kid but then forgot all about it until 2009 when I suddenly decided to try again. Now I’m pretty much obsessed. Love your inspiration pictures here!
