Fall colors: not boring in the leaf!

I have just returned from an excursion into the neighboring mountains for a mini vacation and the leaf display was spectacular!  Reds, yellows, greens, oranges and even browns were in full review both on the trees and spread on the forest floor below like a brightly colored rug.  It was just the inspiration I needed to put the finishing touches on the crochet leaf pattern I have been working feverishly to complete.  To get it to closely resemble a real leaf I collected many “patterns” with which to compare the end product (and with just a little prompting I could be persuaded to pile all these “patterns” and jump into them)!   I am pleased to say I am satisfied with the end results.  It is an intermediate level project and if you have any challenges please contact me and I will help you through it.
